Make your own version! I designed this in ScottiCAD, a free, open-source 3D modeller for Windows and Linux. The holder is built by a short script, bit-holder.star. Every size is a named number at the top, and the layout comes from a list of labels. Add, remove or rename bits and the block resizes itself to fit. If your bits are tight, raise FIT a little. To run the script: open ScottiCAD, click Scripting, paste it into the Editor tab and press F5. Or open bit-holder.scotticad to use the design as it is. The design and the script are also on GitHub.
