Screw-On Desk Extension Shelf | 230 x 90 mm

A screw-on bracket that adds a 230 x 90 mm shelf to the edge of a desk or table. Windows in the gussets keep it light, while the screw seats, deck, lip and knee are printed solid for strength (set with modifiers in the 3MF). Mounting: - #8 x 2 in (about 4.2 x 50 mm) wood screws into solid wood

- Do not use it on particle board or hollow-core desks

- Designed for about 8 kg of sustained load

Print notes: - Tested on Bambu Lab P2S, 0.4 mm nozzle, Bambu PETG HF

- 0.2 mm layers, 4 walls, 15% infill, plus solid modifier zones

- Printed platform-down, no supports

- Size: 230 x 90 x 115 mm

- The 3MF plate has two copies. Delete one if you only need one.

Files: a ready-to-print 3MF for Bambu Studio and a plain STL (the STL has no solid-zone modifiers, so use more walls or infill if you slice it yourself).
