Sobre este modelo

I like electric skateboards, after creating a fully carbon skateboard similar to the Parsec Aero, I wanted to make something high‑end. The frame is made of steel tubes, the trucks is of the 3‑link type, and the tail of the deck is bent upward. A couple of details in the model are unfinished because some things were transferred to 3D after they had already been made in reality, but the layout and key elements of the model are fully completed, so it can be safely used to create such a skateboard. Regarding the specifics: I have already provided some information about the materials in the images. The aluminum parts were cut from duralumin using a CNC milling machine and then anodized. The axles for the suspensions were machined on a lathe; I didn’t harden them additionally — I didn’t need to. They were chemically blackened. The trucks arm mounts on the central tube were cut using a CNC plasma cutter from steel sheet. The control arm mounts must be welded to the frame!!! To give the deck the required shape, some of the parts were made from ABS plastic using a 3D printer and subsequently reinforced externally with fiberglass. The deck cover is made of three parts: two plywood parts and one printed part, also made of ABS; it is then laminated with carbon fiber fabric and painted on the ends and the inner side. The seals are made of EVA sheet with a thickness of 3 mm and a hardness of 45A, and are glued using 3M 6008F double‑sided adhesive tape. Regarding the levers, at the moment there are M5 ball joints on the skateboard, which I am not completely sure about and will change to M6, everything has already been updated in the model, I recommend using ball joints marked MX, ball joints marked SA/SI have an insert made of soft metal, which leads to rattling over time Belts: HTD5M 355-365 I think this is enough, if you have any questions, I will try to give you a timely answer. My weight 55 kg Board weight 20 kg (Yeah, I know it could have been made to weigh less, but I’m happy with it as it is.) Battery 13s4p Gear ratio 1:4 Motors 6354 170kv top speed ~60 km/h Suitable for riders up to 85 kg Yes, I know that the model is crookedly made in places)
