Sobre este modelo
Bring a piece of the cosmos right onto your desk! 🌌🪐 Designed specifically for the Thingiverse "Light It Up" Challenge, this Saturn Planetary Lamp transforms functional 3D printing into an ambient, space-inspired lighting feature. The project pairs a clean translucent planet globe with a surrounding planetary ring frame and support bracket structure. When powered on, the internal light diffuses evenly across the sphere, casting a soft, warm celestial glow across any room or workspace. 🛠️ Project Features Diffused Inner Glow: Designed for standard internal bulb/LED lighting to maximize light distribution. Modular Assembly: The ring structure and globe components print smoothly and assemble cleanly without requiring complex hardware. Recommended Print Settings Planet Globe: -Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm (for smooth surface gradients) -Infill: 100% (or 0% / Spiral Vase Mode depending on your shell wall preference) -Filament: White or Natural Translucent PLA/PETG Ring Frame & Brackets: -Layer Height: 0.2mm -Infill: 15–20% -Filament: Black PLA or PETG 💡 Bill of Materials (BOM) & Assembly Light Source: Standard LED Bulb or USB LED puck light (Use LED only to prevent heat deformation on plastic!). Assembly: Insert the lighting element into the globe core, attach the support bracket arms, and snap/glue the outer ring segments around the perimeter.
