Sobre este modelo

SANlight FLEX 2 grow tent pole mount – V2 (adjustable) Clip-on mount for SANlight FLEX LED bars on grow tent poles. The stock bracket is bent sheet metal and tends to scratch the aluminium housing; this one holds the bar in a printed channel. What’s new in V2: my first version had a fixed angle, and to point the lamp up or down you had to swap the holders between sides. V2 has a knob: loosen it, tilt the lamp to any angle between straight down and horizontal, tighten it again. The lamp also sits ~35 mm away from the pole, so less light hits the back wall. You can clip it onto the side poles of the tent, or hang a pair of extra poles from the roof with ratchet hangers and clip the lamps onto those. What you need (per holder, two per lamp) - flex_lamp_mount.stl

- flex_pole_clip_XXmm.stl for your pole diameter (16 / 18 / 20 / 22 mm)

- flex_knob.stl

- M4 nut + M4×20 hex head screw (the head goes into the knob)

- or, without a hex screw: M4×25 with any head + 2 M4 nuts (one nut goes into the knob, screw it on from the top until the head sits on the nut)

Mounting options All three use the same knob and screws. - Offset (standard): flex_lamp_mount.stl + flex_pole_clip_XXmm.stl. The lamp sits about 35 mm in front of the pole, so less light hits the tent wall.

- Inline: flex_lamp_mount.stl + flex_pole_clip_inline_XXmm.stl. The pole crosses the lamp’s axis 10 mm above the knob, so the lamp sits in line with the poles. This works well to create a little bit more distance to the plants e.g. useful for lighting from the sides.

- Vertical (lighting the corners): flex_lamp_mount_short.stl + flex_pole_clip_vertical_XXmm.stl. The lamp hangs vertically along a corner pole. The short mount is 85 mm long; the long one is only that long so a FLEX 20 fits a 120 cm tent. The vertical clip prints flat, clamping face down.

Printing No supports needed. - Lamp mount upright, maybe with a brim because of the height. For me it worked without, but I use z-hop.

- Clip on its side, so it flexes along the layers.

- PETG is recommended. PLA tends to loosen in a warm tent.

Assembly Push an M4 nut into the slot in the lamp mount. Screw the knob through the clip into that nut; the screw pokes through a thin sacrificial layer at the slot. Slide the lamp in from below, snap the clip onto the pole, set the angle and tighten the knob. Files - STEP/flex_holder_assembly.step, STEP/flex_holder_vertical_assembly.step: full assemblies

- Fusion/*.f3d: parametric source files (e.g. rohr_d = pole bore, maul_b = clip opening, seiten_t = channel wall thickness)
