Sobre este modelo

The Hi Y Rod Greasing Tool is crafted for precision lubrication of 3D printer rods, ensuring smooth operation and longevity of your printer. Purpose This applicator is intended for easy and effective greasing of Y-axis rods in Creality Hi / Hi Combo type 3D printers. It simplifies routine maintenance tasks, reducing wear and tear on moving parts. Printing Suggestions To achieve best results, print this tool using sturdy materials such as durable PLA or PETG. Assembly Instructions The applicator is a single-piece print with no additional assembly required. Simply use it to apply grease onto the printer rods. Use Ensure the printer is not in-use and the hot bed has cooled down. Apply some grease to the tool head. Move the print bed backward to its furthest position. Place the tool at the centre of the left-hand side Y-Rod. Gently push it towards the rod and slide it towards the front of the printer. The tool will deposit a layer of grease, approximately 3 to 4 centimetres, along the length of the rod. Repeat this process for the right-hand side rod. Make sure to clean the tool after you are done and store it in a cool, dry place.
