Sobre este modelo

Lost or broke your t:slim clip? Print a better one. This case holds the Tandem t:slim X2 snugly, leaves the screen, button and tubing connector open, and clips to a belt or waistband. The clip turns on the back and clicks into 12 positions, so you can wear the pump upright, sideways or at any angle in between. Features

- Sized from the real pump (79.5 × 50.8 × 15.2 mm) for a snug fit with no rattle

- Screen lip on all 4 sides keeps the pump from popping out

- Clip clicks through 12 angles and a printed screw cap keeps it from ever twisting off

- Keyed washer stops the cap from working loose as the clip turns

- Rounded, slim clip that's comfortable against your side

- End cap clicks on and pulls off with a firm tug for pump changes

- No screws to buy

Two clip options

- Metal-spring clamp – feels like the original Tandem clip. Reuses the metal spring and 2 mm rod from an original t:slim belt clip. Only print this if you have those parts.

- One-piece clip – no metal at all. A curved PETG spring holds your belt like a money clip. Print this one if you don't have the original metal parts.

Metal parts (metal-spring clamp only)

- Hinge rod: steel, 2.0 mm diameter × 23.5 mm long (a 2 × 24 mm dowel pin also works)

- Leaf spring: flat V-shaped steel spring, about 9 mm wide, legs about 15.5 mm, hole about 11 mm from the bend. It only comes in the original clip, so without one, use the one-piece clip.

Parts to print

- Case + end cap (PLA or PETG)

- Hub, washer, screw cap (PLA or PETG)

- Clip: clamp base + clamp jaw (metal version, PETG best) OR one-piece clip + small washer + small cap (PETG)

Print settings

- 0.16 mm layers (0.12 mm for the screw cap and hub thread), 4 walls, 25% gyroid

- Case: back down, tree supports with "on build plate only" OFF for the screen lip

- End cap: standing on its end, 5 mm brim, no supports

- Clip parts: on their side as placed, 5–6 mm brim, supports only under the 2 small click arms

- Elephant foot compensation 0.15 mm

- PETG for the clip if you'll wear it every day

Assembly (full illustrated guide in the PDF)

- Drop the hub into the case from the inside so its post sticks out the back.

- Slide the pump in and click the end cap on.

- Press the clip onto the hub. Pro tip: put the washer on the screw cap's stem, then screw them in together with a coin or flat screwdriver until it clicks. The washer lines itself up.

- Metal version: set the spring on its peg, put the jaw on and push the rod through.
