Sobre este modelo

A modular, plate-by-plate power tool storage system built for Milwaukee M12 batteries, tools, and chargers. Stack the plates to fit your wall, your way — charger on top, batteries in the middle, tools below. Each plate is 258 mm wide, made to fit a 260 mm print bed. Plates stack with a groove joint for alignment and are screwed to the wall. Side-by-side plates simply butt up against each other — no connector needed, each plate screwed to the wall on its own. Included in this download: - Small battery shelf — 3 small batteries in the back row, 2 large batteries in the front row

- Large battery shelf — 3 large batteries across

- Tool band — battery-end-style posts, 45°, gravity-held, no latch

- Spacer band, 50 mm — with RJC badge

- Charger band — screw-mounted charger (see below)

- Charger cable tray + slide-on lid

Battery clearance — read this: Small batteries need 3.5 in + 1.5 in clearance (127 mm pitch). Large batteries need 4.5 in + 1.5 in clearance (152.4 mm pitch). The small shelf's front row holds 2 large batteries, but with a shelf stacked directly on top, only small batteries can be removed from that row. Put a spacer band between shelves if you want to remove large batteries from the small shelf's front row. Charger mounting — screw-mounted, not pegs: The charger mounts on 2 screws at the proven positions, 76.2 mm apart vertically, centred on the plate. Leave the screw heads proud so the charger hangs on them. Use the same Ø5 mounting screws as the rest of the system; the charger keyhole takes a screw head no larger than 9.4 mm. This version has countersunk screw holes instead of printed pegs. Mounting: All mounting holes are Ø5 with Ø10, 90° countersinks, so screw heads sit flush — except the 2 charger hang screws, which are left proud on purpose (see above). Print notes: - Battery and tool bands print upright (backplate vertical).

- Charger band prints flat.

- Print supports under the bottom tongue/groove at your own discretion — I used supports there even though the slicer does not require them.

- All files are pre-oriented, ready to slice.
