Reusable Printable Cable Ties + Zip Tie Organizer

24 reusable cable ties you can print and use again and again, stored in a box with 4 long bins. Each bin has 3 lanes: 100, 150 and 180 mm. The lid has an engraved title. Tie types (each in 2 widths) - RATCHET TIE – classic zip tie with a toothed strap and a pawl in the head (4 / 6 mm)

- ARROW STRAP – twist the arrow through a slot and it locks (5 / 8 mm)

- BUTTON STRAP – push the peg through any hole, so the size is adjustable (6 / 10 mm)

- MOUNTING STRAP – button strap with a screw eye, so you can mount a bundle on the wall (6 / 10 mm)

Printing - Ties: PETG (stiff) or TPU 95A (soft, great for button and arrow straps), 100 % infill, no supports. They print flat as supplied.

- The ratchet tie needs PETG and 0.15–0.2 mm layers so the teeth come out sharp.

- Box, bins and lid: PLA or PETG, 0.2 mm, 15 % infill. The lid prints face-down, and a text inlay is included for two colours.

Good to know Printed ties are made for tidy cable bundles, prototypes and workshop use – not for high loads. They're reusable: just open them and use them again. Designed & built by Ing.
