Replacement hinge for Dreame / Xiaomi vaccum cleaner

The hinge on the bottom lid of my Xiaomi G9plus broke off. Replacement is quite affordable on Aliexpress but why order when you can print a replacement. Print it in a filament that can be glued. I used PLA+ but ABS or ASA will be better. Printed the hinge tilted with suports to have the layer lines going through to the little axle pin. See image of slicer. Printing flat will work, too i guess. Also added a dummy part for the other side so the device does not wobble when put on an even surface. To install, sand the broken off area flat to fit as close as possible to the replacement parts. To achieve that you can use the template pieces. Keep the gap as small as possible and make sure it ist filled with glue to increase strength. See image with black template piece. Scuff the contact surfaces with some sand paper, degrease them and glue everything in place on the cyclone chamber and secure it with a clamp. "Jue Fish" Welding glue from AliExpress worked fine for PLA and ABS in my Case. also glue on the dummy hinge on the other side. Would like to see makes and get feedback if it worked for your device.
