Sobre este modelo
This is a bird feeder that uses wide necked bottles sold by Tesco and Aldi originally for juices. The handle is made from an old wire coat hanger. The feeder body I printed in ASA-GF for it's resistance to sunlight and strength. The model has many drain holes that need drilling out after printing to ensure water is not retained in the basket and any that runs down the bottle is drained past the basket. There's a boss in the side of the lid which takes a screw to tighten onto the bottle neck to ensure it doesn't accidentally unscrew when in use. I found that making a hole through the bottle lid and glueing it into the feeder worked better than trying to match threads in the print. I printed the model using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height with 100% infill.
