Rectangular Organizer & Medicine Box

A large, dual-compartment rectangular organizer box designed for maximum storage and structural stability.

Printing large rectangular objects often leads to corner lifting and warping. To solve this, the bottom of this box features a custom-engineered tension-relief grid. This geometrical design effectively breaks up the thermal stress during printing, keeping the massive footprint perfectly flat on the build plate.

Surface Texture Options: This model includes two distinct exterior finishes:

Crystal Texture: A highly detailed, faceted surface generated using CNC Kitchen's open-source bumpmesh tool. (The included project file is pre-configured with this version).

Smooth: A standard, flat exterior for a classic look.

Dimensions & Versions:

v2 (Recommended Final Version): 122 x 202 x 107 mm. Optimized for the best bed adhesion and structural results.

v1 (Legacy): 122 x 202 x 105 mm. (Kept in the archive for reference).

Critical Print Settings: This model has been strictly tested using PETG due to its size and required durability. To ensure a successful print, please follow these settings:

Bed Adhesion: A 7 mm Outer Brim Only is absolutely required to assist the anti-warp base and keep the corners pinned to the bed.

Supports: 100% Support-Free.

Layer Height: 0.20 mm

Top / Bottom Shells: 5

Infill: 10% (Gyroid)
