Rear Lens Cap Compatible with DJI DL Mount

A rear lens cap I designed for lenses with the DJI DL mount, intended to cover the rear mount and help protect the rear lens element from dust and accidental contact during storage and transport.

Fit-tested on an original DJI DL 35mm lens used with the DJI Ronin 4D. Other DL-mount lenses have not been individually tested.

The included print profile uses PETG, a standard 0.4 mm nozzle, and a 0.16 mm layer height. I chose PETG for its toughness and heat resistance, with outdoor shooting and warm conditions in mind.

Print settings:

• Material: PETG

• Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm

• Layer height: 0.16 mm

Use the attached print profile for the remaining settings. Fit can vary with printer calibration and filament. Before fitting the cap, remove any stringing, rough edges, or loose plastic, and make sure the inside is clean. Check the fit gently and do not force the cap onto the lens.
