Many new printers have belts now that do not have the 2mm per tooth belts, but finer belts with 1.5mm per tooth to reduce belt artifacts on the prints. If you change the GT2 belts on a RatRig Vcore 4.1 to GT1.5 belts you will notice that the clamping parts that fix the belts to the toolhead have grooves matching the 2mm teeth of the old belt. To also have a nice clamping of the GT1.5 belt to the toolhead I made a part matching the 1.5mm teeth of the belt. My choice of material is a PET-CF since it can withstand any temperature I expect in my printer and PET-CFs typically have very low creep. I also added the Freecad construction file, so you can modify anything easily.
