Sobre este modelo
The removable bin that doesn't remove its pegboard hooks with it. Every pegboard bin I've used has the same problem. You grab the bin, the hooks lift with it, and the whole thing comes off the wall or drops behind the board. QuickDock fixes that by splitting the job in two: A base plate hooks into the pegboard and locks. It stays on the wall. The bin slides down onto two dovetail rails on the plate and lifts straight off. It only touches the plate, never the hooks. Everything goes in from the front. You never have to reach behind the board. Install in three moves Push in. With the orange lever pointing up (OPEN), lift the plate a little and push the two hooks and the round cam key straight into the holes. Drop. Let it drop. The hook tips catch behind the board. Lock. Swing the lever down to LOCK. Now the plate can't lift off. Then slide a bin down onto the rails. To use it, lift the bin straight up and take it to the bench. The plate stays locked on the wall. How the lock works The plate uses three holes: two hooks in the top row (2 inches apart) and a cam key in the middle hole two rows down. The cam key's shaft sits in the bottom of its hole. When the lever is up, there's a 2 mm gap above the shaft. That gap is exactly the room the hooks need to lift out. Swing the lever down and an off-center lobe on the cam turns into that gap and fills it. With nothing to lift into, the hooks can't come out, however you pull on the bin. At the same time, a small ear on the back end of the cam swings up behind the board, so the bottom of the plate can't rock forward either. Gravity holds the lever down. With a bin on the rails, the lever also can't swing far enough to unlock, and you can't put a bin on while the lever is up. So you can't forget to lock it. What's included Universal QuickDock base plate with cam key and lever Open parts bin: 100 × 70 mm, 64 mm tall at the back, low 36 mm front for easy grabbing Divided parts bin: same size with a center divider Tool cup: 64 × 50 × 90 mm for screwdrivers, pens and pliers, with a scoop at the front Two test gauges for hole size and board thickness OpenSCAD source with every size in the Customizer Spacing: mount plates 4 inches apart (center to center) for the open and divided bins, 3 inches apart for tool cups.
