Sobre este modelo

QIDI Q1 Pro Dual 2510 Hotend Fan Bracket – Heat Creep Prevention Mod

A dual-fan heatsink bracket for the QIDI Q1 Pro hotend. It mounts two 25 × 25 × 10 mm fans in a push-pull arrangement, directing airflow across the heatsink and heat break while minimizing air leakage. I designed it after repeated heat-creep clogs while printing high-temperature engineering filaments. Since installing this modification, I have not experienced another heat-creep clog.

Printing Notes

Nozzle: 0.4 mm hardened steel (or smaller), tungsten carbide, or another abrasion-resistant nozzle Layer height: 0.10–0.16 mm recommended

Material: PAHT-GF, PAHT-CF, PPA-GF, PPA-CF, PC, or another heat-resistant engineering filament

Fans: Two 25 × 25 × 10 mm fans, These will have to be wired together in paralell

Hardware: Two M2 Brass threaded inserts, Original screws plus M2 screws for the unthreaded heatsink side

Important: Install both fans so the airflow travels in the same direction across the heatsink

Disclaimer This modification is based on my own QIDI Q1 Pro and has worked reliably in my testing. Verify fan voltage, polarity, airflow direction, screw clearance, wiring, and hotend movement before operating the printer. Installation requires partial disassembly of the toolhead and is performed at the user’s own risk.
