This is my take for the Qidi Q1 pro's fan cover. Note that its optimized for the fan covers that are also among my Q1 pro mods. E.g. they use M2 screws and threaded inserts instead of screwing into plastic.
It has a few additional mods: - Top is cut out for a lever arm extruder mod coming in the near future - Magnet slots are made to fit 5 mm diameter magnets @ 2 mm thick - Has 2 holes to mount part cooling fan. (M3 bolt + nut)* - Or optionally put 2 threaded inserts into the fan.
Print settings: Use functional filament; e.g. ABS, PC. 3-4 walls, top and bottom layers Use tree supports 35% infill
