Sobre este modelo
If you have a water supply tank product that uses compressed air to propel the water and a hand pump to build air pressure, but the tank won't build pressure, this may be the part you need. It's a soft plastic diaphragm that fits onto a hard plastic plate at the end of the pump's piston rod (opposite the handle) and conforms to the pump cylinder to create an airtight seal. If the diaphragm has shrunk, hardened, or worn down it may not make complete contact with the cylinder wall, and the pump won't be able to produce the air pressure needed for the product to work. This was designed for the Hilti DWP 10 and may work with other products using the same design, such as the Texatherm 6-liter sprayer. For help figuring out whether this is the part you need, see this troubleshooting guide. The OpenSCAD source imports an SVG to use as the radial cross section of the wall of the diaphragm. The extra .txt extension added for the Thingiverse upload of this file will need to be removed.
