Sobre este modelo
A tool every 3D printer owner needs sooner or later: a guide that cuts PTFE tube at exactly 90 degrees. A square cut matters, because an angled end leaves a gap at the hotend or coupler where filament catches and clogs. HOW TO USE • Push the tube through its channel to the length you want (the scale shows mm from the blade). • Slide a snap-off or razor blade straight down the slot. There's also a 45-degree slot on the 4 mm channel. DETAILS • 70 x 34 x 14 mm with channels for 4 mm (standard Bowden) and 6 mm tube, each with a funnel entry. • Prints flat with no supports: the channels have pointed teardrop tops and the blade slots go straight down. • Bambu Studio: 36 min, 16 g. CUSTOMIZE (OpenSCAD) Tube sizes, blade slot width and tube clearance. Designed with AI assistance (OpenSCAD). Rendered images; not printed yet.
