Prism Prints - Cute Bats & Jack-O-Lantern

por Ben en MyMiniFactory

For this project, I wanted to make something for Halloween! I drew out some ideas for a bat project, but was fixed on a cute little dumpling bat I scribbled in the corner. After trying out a few poses, I decided to make kind of a scene with three of them: One flying, one landed, and one sleeping.

Sobre este modelo

For this project, I wanted to make something for Halloween! I drew out some ideas for a bat project, but was fixed on a cute little dumpling bat I scribbled in the corner. After trying out a few poses, I decided to make kind of a scene with three of them: One flying, one landed, and one sleeping.

For the flying bat, I added options with hooks in two directions if you would like to hang them from something.

The landed bat has an option with a completely flattened bottom.

The sleeping bat is meant to hang upsidedown, so I made a branch to hang from. The feet need to be attached to the branch. (super glue, magnets, etc.)

I also decided to sculpt a pumpkin. Shapelab has a new radial symmetry tool I was excited to play with, and this ended up being a great project for it! Once the pumpkin was done, I cut a lid, hollowed it out, and parved the Prism Prints logo to make a Jack-O-Lantern. * This is only meant to be used with a flameless alternative like LED tea lights. NO OPEN FLAME *

Everything was sculpted using Shapelab Max 2026 in VR.

The bats were printed in standard resin using an ELEGOO Saturn 3 printer.

The jack-o-lantern, lid, and branch were printed using a Bambu Lab A1 printer.
