This is a custom power supply and enclosure control unit designed specifically for 3D printer enclosures, perfect for maintaining stable ambient temperatures during ABS printing (~50°C). Features & Hardware Specifications: - 12V DC Output via XT60 Connector: Supplies stable 12V power for external accessories. - 5V Power via Dual USB Ports: Powers enclosure LED strip lights, camera modules, or auxiliary 5V devices. - Integrated Solid State Relay (SSR): Features a CoG ZGT-25 DA (25A, 3-32V DC control) - SSR to safely trigger and switch AC load heating elements or 1500w space heaters. - Temperature & Heater Control: Designed to interface with an STC-1000 (or similar) digital temperature controller to automatically turn a space heater on and off, keeping internal enclosure temperatures consistently around 50°C to prevent warping during ABS prints. - Digital Voltmeter & Battery Level Display: Real-time visual monitoring of DC bus voltage (e.g., 12.2V). - Built-in AC Panel Outlet: Front-panel US AC outlet for plugging in external AC devices directly. - Active Cooling System: Equipped with an LED-lit cooling fan, protective grill, - A speed control potentiometer to regulate the 120mm exhaust fan, efficiently venting ABS fumes out of the enclosure. - Main AC Power Entry: Standard IEC C14 inlet with an integrated master rocker switch.
