Print the toilet and lid out then use a piece of filament for the hinge. Put a dab of glue on each end to keep the filament from coming out. I used [Hatchbox wood filament]( https://amzn.to/3pluYbL)(aff) for the lid, its a little pricey but I have never had a problem with it and it prints perfectly.
