Wall mounts for Porter-Cable 20V MAX and Porter-Cable 18V slide-style batteries that hang straight on an IKEA SKÅDIS pegboard. The battery slides down onto rails shaped like the tool's foot, terminal end first, and its own weight keeps it seated. Lift it straight up to take it off.

Each mount holds one battery, so you print only as many as you need.

Features

SKÅDIS hooks and anti-tilt pegs printed in. No screws, no separate clips. Slide-on rails sized from caliper measurements of real batteries. "18V" / "20V" engraved inside the slot so you can tell them apart at a glance. 18V version has a relief channel for the raised bump on top of the pack, and its rail stops short of the release latch, so the latch and tab are never covered. Rail fit-test slices included, so you can check the fit in a few minutes before printing the full mount.

Fits

20V MAX: PCC680L, PCC681L, PCC682L, PCC685L (also Black+Decker 20V MAX packs, which share the slide design, though I haven't tested them). 18V: PC18B, PC18BL, PC18BLX slide packs.

Hanging Push the hooks straight into the SKÅDIS slots, then let the mount drop down about 9 mm so it locks. The batteries are wider than the mounts, so leave room between them: put neighbors 120 mm apart in the same row, or 100 mm over and one slot down.

Orientation: print standing up, the way it hangs: pocket floor on the bed, hooks pointing sideways. This keeps the layer lines running along the hooks so they don't snap, and the rails print as straight walls with no overhangs.
