Sobre este modelo
I was shopping for a somewhat unusual size of picture frame (12"x36"). I found a few, but nothing less than $60 for a plain frame. Then, in a clearance rack at Michael's, I found pairs of picture frame parts of various length--you buy two pairs of the lengths you need, and voila! In the angled end of each frame piece was a T-shaped cut out. I asked about it, and discovered this had been an experiment--people could pick out their frame parts and bring them to the counter and the employee would assemble them, but the experiment failed and they were clearing them out. She said they no longer had the connectors, nor any recommendation on where I could find them. So I did what any 3D printer would do... It took a few tried to get the dimensions EXACTLY right, but they worked beautifully. I printed in PLA with a .40 nozzle, .20 layer height, 50% gyroid infill, standing on end with a 5mm brim so no supports were needed. Took only a few minutes to print. It's not a big deal, but I figured if there was someone out there it could help, I might as well post it.
