To assemble the design Screw the Threaded screw into the base car clamp then Clip the round nut onto the end of the threaded screw I recommend Heating the end of the nut with a heat gun to allow easy connection, as the nuts are designed to be as tight as possible, Then Get the Phone clamp centre piece and put the smaller threaded screw into it, Then use the square nut and clamp that onto the ended of the threaded nut, Print settings supports needed for the Phone Car Clamp Centre Piece, Use Supports normal Overhang angle 20%, no Supports needed for the threaded nuts or clamps just print them flat head down, Print speed 100mms, Infill 20%, Nozzle Size 0.4mm, Layer Height 0.2mm,
