Personalised Christmas Ornaments - 6 Name Tags, Two-Colour Without AMS, Customizable

Six Christmas ornaments that can carry a name: a bauble, a star, a tree, a snowflake, a gingerbread-style house and a heart. Hang them on the tree, tie them to presents as gift tags or stand them at the table as place cards on Christmas Eve. Every design comes ready to print with "2026" on it, and also blank. Open the .scad file, type any name and export your own.

Two colours with one filament change. The body is 3.0 mm thick and the rim, the pattern and the name stand 1.2 mm above it, which makes 4.2 mm in total (measured on the files). Change filament at 3.0 mm and you get a clean two-colour ornament on any printer, no AMS needed. Skip the change and the raised relief still reads well in one colour.

Sizes (measured on the STL files). 70-80 mm tall without the loop, 83.6-87.5 mm with it; 70.4-79.1 mm wide; 4.2 mm thick. The hanging hole is 4.5 mm for twine or a hook, in a drop-shaped 9 mm loop that is joined into the body.

Your own name. In the .scad, set name, design and size (60-100 mm) in the OpenSCAD Customizer and export. The letters never get smaller than 5.4 mm at 80 mm size, and a longer name wraps onto two lines, where the break can fall inside a word (MAR/TA); a first name and surname break at the space (letters then go down to 4.8 mm). The most letters that fit at 80 mm: bauble 20, house 16, heart 16, tree 8, snowflake 8, star 8. There is room between the two lines for Polish accents (Ś, Ó, Ż, Ę). The names in the pictures (ANNA, OLA, JAN, EWA, KUBA, MARTA) were made this way, with the same file.

Fits a small bed, no supports. Every ornament prints flat, face up. All six fit one 250 mm plate (3 + 3, about 236 × 181 mm with 6 mm gaps). On a 170 mm bed print about 3 at a time. qc reports 0 mm² of overhang beyond 45° on every file except the tree, where 1.1 mm² of flat bridge remains.

SIZE: 70-79 × 84-88 × 4.2 mm each.

PRINT SETTINGS: PLA, 0.20 mm layers, 3 walls, 20 % infill, no supports. Print flat as in the files. For two colours change filament at 3.0 mm (after layer 15 at 0.20 mm). The colours in the pictures are examples; the files carry no colour.

Honest notes:

- The images are 3D renders made from the same files you print. This set has not been test-printed yet. Checked numerically: every file is one closed solid, the total height is 4.2 mm and the colour change sits at 3.0 mm.

- Very wide letters (a line of only M and W) can still lose a corner against the rim. Test your name in the preview before you print.

- The relief is 1.2 mm high and the strokes are about 1 mm wide; a 0.4 mm nozzle prints them, but small accents (Ś, Ż) are close to its limit.

- The design is original: no licensed characters, no brands.
