Paint Roller Cleaner

A practical, 3D-printed tool for cleaning paint rollers that saves you time, water, and dirty hands after painting! This cleaning device uses water pressure to quickly rinse away paint residue and spin the roller clean in just a few minutes. The rotating roller, powered by the water, makes cleaning fast and thorough. No more tedious rinsing under the tap!

Features

• Eco-Friendly & Fast: Uses significantly less water than traditional hand-rinsing. • Spin-Clean Action: Forces water deep into the roller fibers while creating a spinning effect to flush out paint efficiently. • Standard Hose Connection: Designed to fit standard garden hose quick-connectors (e.g., Gardena systems). • Mess-Free: Keeps splash water inside the container or bucket.

Print Settings

• Layer height: 0.2mm • Infill: 20% • Supports: No • Material: PLA / PETG • Small holes at the top: it may be necessary to re-drill the small holes in the top ring using a 1.5 mm drill.

How to Use

- Before washing, wipe excess paint off the roller and back into the paint bucket. - Connect the hose to the machine. - Insert the roller into the chamber and slowly turn on the water. - Gently move the roller up and down while the water jets do the work. Keep the roller centered in the wash cylinder so it can rotate. This is important for a quick, perfect result. - Once the water runs clear, turn off the tap, remove the roller. - Done Happy Printing
