Sobre este modelo
OttLite LED Floor Lamp Replacement Clamp This is a replacement clamp for an OttLite LED floor lamp with an adjustable tablet holder arm. The original plastic clamp broke where one of the mounting tabs connects to the body. Rather than replace the entire lamp over one broken part, I designed a replacement in Fusion 360. Improvements over the original Reinforced the area where the original clamp failed. Increased the gap between the tightening tabs to allow more clamping movement. Added recessed detailing to both sides for a cleaner, more finished appearance. Designed to reuse the original tightening knobs, bolt, and nut. Maintains the original dimensions and mounting geometry. Print Settings Material: PLA (Silk Black) Infill: 50-100% Supports: Required Orientation: Print as shown in the model photos. Assembly Remove the hardware from the original clamp and transfer it to the printed replacement. The nut fits into the hexagonal recess. Tighten the clamp only enough to hold the lamp's tablet arm securely. Avoid overtightening. Notes The replacement was printed successfully, and the original mounting hardware fits. Final testing on the lamp's vertical pole is still pending. This model was designed around my particular OttLite lamp. Other models may use different clamps, so compare your original part with the photos before printing. Hopefully this saves someone else from throwing away a perfectly good lamp over a broken piece of plastic!
