New Year 2027 Cake Topper & Table Sign - EN + PL, Two-Colour, Customizable, No Supports

A bold "2027" for your New Year's Eve party: a cake topper on two stakes, or a table sign that stands in its own slotted foot. Each comes in English (HAPPY NEW YEAR) and in Polish (SZCZĘŚLIWEGO NOWEGO ROKU). The lettering is outlined and merged into one solid plate, with a sparkle on each side, so no letter can fall off.

Two colours with one filament change. The plate is 3.0 mm thick and the letters and sparkles stand 1.0 mm proud of it (4.0 mm in total, measured on the files). Change filament at 3.0 mm for gold with white or champagne letters, or print it in one colour. Every file is one single solid.

Sizes (measured on the STL files).

- Topper EN: 153 × 120 mm overall (plate 153 × 67 mm plus stakes about 55 mm long)

- Topper PL: 145 × 136 mm overall (plate 145 × 83 mm plus stakes)

- Sign EN: 153 × 67 mm; sign PL: 145 × 83 mm; both 4.0 mm thick

- Foot: 162 × 28 × 9 mm, one foot for both signs

The foot. The sign goes into a 3.4 mm slot, 5 mm deep, for a 3.0 mm plate: 0.2 mm on each side (a 0.2 mm shift still does not touch, 0.25 mm does). Only the plain baseline bar goes into the slot; the raised letters stay above the foot. The fit leaves a few degrees of play, so add a dot of glue if you want it rigid.

Your own text. In the .scad set preset = "custom", then line1 (the year, a name, "18"), c_line2 and c_line3, and a width of 100-160 mm. mode switches between topper and sign. Lines with descenders (g, j, p, y, a comma) in the bottom line of a sign can run into the foot slot, because there is only 0.60 mm of room there on the English sign and 0.41 mm on the Polish one.

Fits a small bed, no supports. Everything prints flat. All files fit a 170 × 170 mm bed (the foot is the longest at 162 mm). qc reports 0 mm² of overhang beyond 45° on every file.

SIZE: see the list above; every part is 4 mm thick except the 9 mm foot.

PRINT SETTINGS: PLA (silk gold looks great), 0.20 mm layers, 3 walls, 100 % infill (the plates are only 4 mm thick), no supports. Print flat as in the files. For two colours change filament at 3.0 mm (after layer 15). Foot: one colour, flat.

Food contact. The topper is a decoration: push the stakes into frosting or sponge and take it out before serving. Printed plastic has tiny gaps between the layers, so we make no food-safety claim. If the stakes touch food, use a certified food-safe filament and a stainless-steel nozzle, keep the contact short and do not bake it.

Honest notes:

- The images are 3D renders made from the same files you print. This set has not been test-printed yet. Checked numerically on the STL files: every file is one closed solid, nothing starts in mid-air, and the sign sits in the foot with 0.2 mm per side.

- The stakes are tapered and thin at the tip. Push them in gently.

- In the Polish version some gaps between neighbouring letters on the base are narrower than 0.3 mm and will fill in, and the tail of the Ę in SZCZĘŚLIWEGO touches the E of NOWEGO on the raised layer; this is cosmetic and stays readable.

- The design is original: no licensed characters, no brands.
