Multipurpose Shelf End Plates
End plates that turn simple dowels into a shelf you can use anywhere. I designed it for my IKEA EKKET cabinet to make better use of the space for our shoes – but it works in any cabinet, closet or shelf.
Key features - Build a shelf of any length with dowels - Designed for the IKEA EKKET cabinet, usable anywhere - Great as a shoe rack inside a cabinet - For longer shelves, add one end plate in the middle
3D printing settings and components - Dowels: rectangular (1 × 1 cm) or round (ø 1 cm) in the length you need. - No wooden dowels? Create them as objects in your slicer – don't forget the clearance (e.g. rectangle 0.98 × 0.98 cm).
