Moto Baja S2 Light Mount

A strong, clean mount for a Baja Designs S2 style light on a dirt bike. It bolts at the top number plate bolt (M6) and holds the light on two side posts, with the rear left open so a bar pad cover can slide on. Currently on a 2024 Yamaha Yz450F. Key dimensions (bolt slot center to light pivot) - Rise: 48 mm - Reach forward: 10 mm - Light ear spacing: 40 mm (inside gap) - Base bolt axis leans back 23 degrees, light sits level - Base slot: 10 x 6.6 mm (M6, slotted for adjustment) - Pivot hole: 6.6 mm (M6) - Overall width: 50 mm - Print size: 49 x 50 x 50 mm, about 23 cm3 (~28 g)

Hardware (not included) - 1x M6 bolt + flat washer for the base (use thread-locker) - 1x M6 bolt + nylon-insert nut for the light pivot (length to suit your light's tabs)

Print settings (Bambu Lab P1S) - Orientation: mounting face on the bed. No supports. - PLA (prototype): 0.20 mm layers, 4 walls, 25% infill. Door open to avoid heat creep. - PETG (recommended for vibration): 0.16 mm layers, 5 walls, 50%+ infill, auto brim, glue stick on textured plate. - ASA (best for sun and heat): 0.20 mm layers, 5 walls, 40-50% infill, nozzle about 260 C, bed 90-100 C, door closed, 5 mm brim. Dry the filament and ventilate.
