不会再遗忘的服药提醒器

每天都要吃的药，最难的不是吃，是“到底吃没吃”。 等想起来的时候，已经分不清了：药板上扣下来的那粒是今天的，还是昨天的？要不要补？补了会不会重复？ 所以我做了这个。 思路很简单：不再剪药板、不拆铝箔、也不用分装盒，直接用原装药板。 托盘上刻着 1~7，对应周一到周日。整板药放进去，今天的格子就落在今天的位置。到点扣下今天那一格，吃完就行。 想确认吃没吃？不用回忆。 只要想一下今天星期几，低头看一眼药板：那一格空了，就是吃了；还满着，就是没吃。 为什么用星期，不用日期？ 因为日期会记错，星期不会。 “今天周三”这件事几乎不用想，而“我今早到底吃了吗”永远想不起来。把判断依据换成不会出错的那个，问题就消失了。

"Did I take it today?" — You don't need to remember, just check the weekday. aking a daily pill isn't the hard part. Knowing whether you already took it is. By the time you think to check, it's already fuzzy: was that pill I pushed out today's, or yesterday's? Should I take another one? Would that be a double dose? So I made this. The idea is simple: no cutting blisters, no peeling foil, no pill organizer — just use the original blister pack. The tray is marked 1–7 for Monday through Sunday. Drop the full pack in and today's pill lands in today's slot. When it's time, push out that one pill and you're done. Need to check whether you've taken it? No memory required. Just think of today's weekday and glance down at the pack: the slot is empty — you've taken it. Still sealed — you haven't. Why weekdays instead of dates? Because you can misremember a date. You can't misremember a weekday. Knowing it's Wednesday takes no effort at all. Knowing whether you took your pill this morning is somehow impossible. Swap the thing you're checking for the one that can't be wrong, and the problem just disappears.
