Sobre este modelo
Replacement radio trim bezel for the Mitsubishi GTO / 3000GT / Dodge stealth, modeled in Autodesk Fusion 360. (LINK FOR FILE)
The model is based on the original Mitsubishi radio panels, preserving the original external geometry and mounting features while allowing the radio openings to be customized. Three configurations are included:
- Single DIN — One radio opening.
- Double DIN separated — Two openings with a center divider.
- Double DIN continuous — One large opening without a divider.
Each configuration is available as a separate 3MF file. The original parametric Fusion 360 design is also included. These are references for the original Mitsubishi radio trim panels. The Single DIN version is an additional custom configuration. Compatibility: All included printable files are designed for the RHD Mitsubishi GTO. For LHD vehicles, such as the North American 3000GT and Dodge Stealth, the model must be mirrored before printing. LHD fitment has not been tested. Fusion 360 configurations The included F3Z file contains the original editable model, with a configuration table controlling the radio openings and their arrangement. You can select one of the existing configurations or modify the parameters to fit a different head unit. The configuration table shown below illustrates how the model is organized. Open the Fusion file to inspect or change the actual values.
Printing I printed my bezel in PLA-CF, oriented vertically, and recommend the same setup. The vertical orientation was chosen to improve the strength of the snap-fit features and produce a better surface texture on the exposed front face.
Mounting hardware The original radio bezel uses screw-on metal retaining clips, which are not included in the printable model. I reused the clips and screws from an old OEM bezel. If you have an original panel, you can transfer the hardware to the printed part. If the original clips are missing, you will need to source replacements or design and fabricate them. A printable replacement should be possible.
