Three versions are available for download with different clearance for the hinge. If your printer is not very tune, please use the 0.4mm or 0.5mm version. Update 2021/12/18 The Freecad file now has a configuration spreadsheet where you can change the adjustment margins for microSD, SD and hinge clearance. - Open the spreadsheet called "Config" - Edit the values in the spreadsheet - Select the two objects in the tree on the left - Right click and select "Recompute object" - With both objects still selected go to "File" >> "Export"
