Milwaukee 48-22-6106 Pliers Tray Gridfinity 5x3

A Gridfinity tray for the Milwaukee 48-22-6106 6" Comfort Grip Diagonal Cutting Pliers. The pliers lie closed in a pocket shaped to them, with a finger hole on each side of the grips to lift them out.

Fits

The Milwaukee 48-22-6106 6" Comfort Grip Diagonal Cutting Pliers, about 6.4 in (163 mm) long closed and 58 mm across the handle ends.

The tray - Gridfinity 5x3, 4 units tall: 209.5 x 125.5 x 28 mm, with a raised rim round the top. - The pocket is the pliers' outline plus 2 mm all round, 12 mm deep, so the joint stands a few mm proud. Behind the joint the space between the grips is open floor. - Two 24 mm finger holes, one each side of the grips. - Magnet pockets in every foot (6.5 x 2.4 mm, standard Gridfinity). - "DIAGONAL PLIERS / 48-22-6106" raised top left and the Milwaukee wordmark front right. A version without the wordmark is included; it keeps the label.

Printing - No supports. - Two colours: body in filament 1, rim and lettering in filament 2. Mine is Bambu PLA Matte Charcoal with PLA Matte Scarlet Red. - About 3 h 14 min and 114 g on an H2D with 0.2 mm layers. The no-logo version is about the same. - The 3MFs are Bambu Studio projects for the H2D. One colour: use the STL. - Not sure about the fit? The test-fit ring is a 3 mm outline of the pocket and prints in about 10 minutes. Lay the pliers in it before you commit to the full tray.
