Milwaukee 48-22-4255 Reaming Pen Gridfinity 4x2

A Gridfinity tray for the Milwaukee 48-22-4255 Reaming Pen. The pen lies clip side down in a pocket shaped to it, hooked blade and all, with a channel underneath for the clip.

Fits

The Milwaukee 48-22-4255 Reaming Pen, 140 mm long and 10 mm thick, measured on mine.

The tray - Gridfinity 4x2, 3 units tall: 167.5 x 83.5 x 21 mm, with a raised rim round the top. - The pocket follows the pen's outline, including the blade's hook, with about 2 mm all round, 7 mm deep, so the pen stands about 3 mm proud. A finger hole on each side lifts it out. - The pocket clip drops into a 3 mm channel under the cap end, so the pen lies flat. - Magnet pockets in every foot (6.5 x 2.4 mm, standard Gridfinity). - "REAMING PEN / 48-22-4255" and the Milwaukee wordmark are raised on the top. A version without the wordmark is included; it keeps the label.

Printing - No supports. - Two colours: body in filament 1, rim and lettering in filament 2. Mine is PLA Matte Charcoal with PLA Matte Scarlet Red. - About 1 h 53 min and 60 g on an H2D with 0.2 mm layers. The no-logo version is about the same. - One colour: use the STL. - The 3MFs are Bambu Studio projects for the H2D; any slicer can open the STLs. - Not sure about the fit? The test-fit ring is a 3 mm outline of the pocket and prints in about 9 minutes. Lay the pen in it before you commit to the full tray.
