Milwaukee 48-22-2934 Screwdriver Gridfinity 1x6

A Gridfinity bin for the Milwaukee 48-22-2934 27-in-1 Security Precision Multi-Bit Screwdriver. The driver lies in a round cradle shaped to it, from the back cap to the tip.

Fits

The Milwaukee 48-22-2934 27-in-1 Security Precision Multi-Bit Screwdriver, 8.17 in (207.5 mm) long. It's longer than the 48-22-2933 14-in-1, so it won't fit bins made for that one, and this bin is too long for the 2933.

The bin - Gridfinity 1x6, 4 units tall: 251.5 x 41.5 x 28 mm, with a raised rim round the top. - The cradle follows the driver's shape with about 1.5 mm all round and 2.5 mm at each end. The handle stands about 8 mm proud, so it's easy to pick up. - The back cap has flats, so its end of the cradle is squared off and the cap sits at any angle. - Magnet pockets in every foot (6.5 x 2.4 mm, standard Gridfinity). - "48-22-2934" and the Milwaukee wordmark are raised beside the shaft. A version without the wordmark is included; it keeps the model number.

Printing - No supports. - Two colours: body in filament 1, rim and lettering in filament 2. Mine is Bambu PLA Matte Charcoal with PLA Matte Scarlet Red. - About 1 h 47 min and 57 g on an H2D with 0.2 mm layers. The no-logo version is about the same. - The bin is 251.5 mm long, so it needs a bed at least that big. - The 3MFs are Bambu Studio projects for the H2D. One colour: use the STL. - Not sure about the fit? The test-fit ring is a 3 mm outline of the cradle and prints in about 11 minutes. Lay the driver in it before you commit to the full bin.
