Milwaukee 2162-21 Flashlight Gridfinity 5x2

A Gridfinity tray for the Milwaukee 2162-21 REDLITHIUM USB 2,000L Slide Focus Flashlight. The light lies in a round cradle shaped to it, head to tail.

Fits

The Milwaukee 2162-21 REDLITHIUM USB 2,000L Slide Focus Flashlight, about 7 in (178 mm) long and 38 mm across the head, measured on mine. The pocket clip can face up or to the side.

The tray - Gridfinity 5x2, 5 units tall: 209.5 x 83.5 x 35 mm, with a raised rim round the top. - The cradle follows the light's shape with about 1.5 mm all round and 2.5 mm at each end. The light stands about 13 mm proud, so it lifts straight out. - Magnet pockets in every foot (6.5 x 2.4 mm, standard Gridfinity). - "REDLITHIUM 2162-21" and the Milwaukee wordmark are raised either side of the light. A version without the wordmark is included; it keeps the REDLITHIUM 2162-21 label.

Printing - No supports. - Two colours: body in filament 1, rim and lettering in filament 2. Mine is PLA Matte Charcoal with PLA Matte Scarlet Red. - About 2 h 34 min and 87 g on an H2D with 0.2 mm layers. The no-logo version is about the same. - One colour: use the STL. - The 3MFs are Bambu Studio projects for the H2D; any slicer can open the STLs. - Not sure about the fit? The test-fit ring is a 3 mm outline of the cradle and prints in about 10 minutes. Lay the light in it before you commit to the full tray.
