Milwaukee 2016R Flat Flashlight Gridfinity 4x2

A Gridfinity tray for the Milwaukee 2016R Rechargeable Flat Flashlight w/ Green Laser. The light lies face up in a pocket shaped to it, with a channel underneath for the pocket clip.

Fits

The Milwaukee 2016R Rechargeable Flat Flashlight w/ Green Laser, 5.27 x 1.38 x 0.65 in (133.9 x 35.1 x 16.5 mm). The clip stays on.

The tray - Gridfinity 4x2, 4 units tall: 167.5 x 83.5 x 28 mm, with a raised rim round the top. - The pocket follows the light's outline with about 2 mm all round, 12 mm deep, so the light stands about 4.5 mm proud. A finger hole on each side lifts it out. - The removable pocket clip on the back drops into a 6 mm channel under the tail end. - Magnet pockets in every foot (6.5 x 2.4 mm, standard Gridfinity). - "FLAT FLASHLIGHT / 2016R" and the Milwaukee wordmark are raised on the top. A version without the wordmark is included; it keeps the label.

Printing - No supports. - Two colours: body in filament 1, rim and lettering in filament 2. Mine is PLA Matte Charcoal with PLA Matte Scarlet Red. - About 2 h and 68 g on an H2D with 0.2 mm layers. The no-logo version is about the same. - One colour: use the STL. - The 3MFs are Bambu Studio projects for the H2D; any slicer can open the STLs. - Not sure about the fit? The test-fit ring is a 3 mm outline of the pocket and prints in about 9 minutes. Lay the light in it before you commit to the full tray.
