Medium SAPI Multicurve plate modelled in fusion 360. - Plate measures 9.5x12.5x0.8", has curves and profile that is very similar to my RMA medium sapi multicurve plate.
- Is a two-part STL with an uncalibrated dovetail as the dovetail I originally modelled had too much wiggle when I printed it in ABS. Press it into place or run some sand paper or get creative.
- wall count and infill doesn't really matter since I used this for non-functional purposes. Print it how you want.
- Can be used for sizing (I am 6ft tall, 200 lbs) to help you determine the right size plate for your thorax.
- Can be used to fill your plate bags if you like to larp and want something hard and properly shaped instead of running around with an empty plate carrier like a goober.
- if you like weighted vests I guess you could fill one of these plates with sand and throw in your vest.
I printed mine with - 3 walls
- 10% gyroid infill
- 0.6 nozzle
- supports enabled
But, again, this is a nonfunctional part that is designed to be used for sizing, larping, and other exciting things. Print it out of whatever you want at whatever settings. Go print a plate or two. - RC
