Masterbuilt Gravity XT Fireboard Mount with integrated wire-access module

This is a custom mount for the Masterbuilt Gravity XT that lets you install a FireBoard controller using the original Masterbuilt controller shell and factory mounting brackets. The goal is a clean, factory-looking setup without permanent modifications to your grill. The design reuses the stock brackets and mounting locations, so you don’t need to drill new holes or add extra hardware beyond standard screws. The FireBoard sits securely in the original controller shell, keeping it protected while still easy to access. On the right side is an integrated wire-access module with a recessed port and cable cavity, so you can route probe and power cables cleanly and relieve strain on the connectors. I printed this in PETG for better heat and weather resistance, but PLA may work if your grill area doesn’t get too hot. 0.2 mm layer height and at least 3 perimeters are recommended for strength. Test fit the parts before final assembly and tighten hardware gradually to avoid overtightening the plastic. Feedback, makes, and suggestions are welcome so this mount can keep improving.
