Mango Pi case and vented cover

This is the PiZero case (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1165227) with enlarged openings for the USBC ports on the Mango Pi. In addition, for the top, I replaced the opening to the GPIO pins (since I wasn't using them) with vent holes. Scale the top X = 100.5% Y=101% for a snug fit on the top.
