Maker Watch

A traditional watch is usually made from many small precision parts, and assembling one often requires patience, tools, and a steady hand. Maker Watch changes that process. The dial, case, and band are 3D printed as one integrated body. After printing, only a short finishing process remains: install the watch movement, press on the hands, and snap in the crystal to complete a wearable Maker Watch.

This model is designed to showcase mixed-nozzle and multi-material printing. H3C can use different nozzle sizes and materials within the same print: a 0.2 mm nozzle for sharp dial details, a 0.4 mm nozzle for a stable case structure, and TPU 75A for a flexible watch band.

This model is designed to be used with the 40.5 mm Diameter Watch Movement Kit. The assembly guide and watch movement user guide are available below. Model Features

- One-piece printing, fewer assembly steps: The dial, case, and strap are printed together, with no need to assemble them separately.

- Mixed-nozzle printing for detail and structure: A 0.2 mm nozzle produces fine dial details, while a 0.4 mm nozzle prints the case structure.

- Soft strap for a comfortable fit: Printed in Bambu TPU 75A, the strap offers flexibility and conforms to your wrist.

- Add the movement to complete the watch: Combine the printed parts with the movement kit to create a functional, wearable watch.

- Multiple style options: Choose from different crown and printed hand designs to customize the look.

Recommended Wrist Size This model is designed for a wrist circumference of approximately 140–175 mm.

Since the band is printed with Bambu TPU 75A, the actual fit may vary depending on material elasticity, print accuracy, and personal wearing preference. Please measure your wrist circumference before printing and confirm whether this size range is suitable for you. Do not scale the entire model to adjust the wearing size, as this may affect the movement fit, crystal snap-in structure, and hand clearance.

Notes Before Printing Check your nozzle, hotend, and material configuration before starting the print.

- Match the specified nozzle and hotend setup: This model uses a multi-nozzle and multi-hotend print setup. Please follow the configuration specified in the print profile: a 0.2 mm nozzle for fine dial details, a 0.4 mm nozzle for the main body and support structures, and a 0.4 mm hotend for 2.85 mm filament to print the TPU 75A band.

- Do not change the nozzle, hotend, or filament diameter: Using mismatched nozzle sizes, hotend specifications, or filament diameter may cause dimensional inaccuracies in critical features, including dial details, band quality, the movement mounting area, and hand clearances. This can affect assembly and reliable timekeeping.

- Dry the TPU thoroughly: Before printing with Bambu TPU 75A, read the flexible filament printing instructions on the official Wiki. Ensure the filament is sufficiently dry and that the printing workflow and material settings are configured correctly.
