MagPod Mini Bluetooth Speaker

MagPod Mini Bluetooth Speaker is a compact, rechargeable, and magnetic 3D-printed Bluetooth speaker designed as a simple DIY electronics project.

The speaker uses a 27 mm 4Ω 3W driver together with a compact Bluetooth 5.4 TWS mono amplifier module. The module includes a built-in 5W amplifier, USB-C charging, an ON/OFF switch, and a 3.5 mm AUX input.

The compact enclosure holds the speaker, Bluetooth board, rechargeable battery, and magnets while keeping the overall design small and portable. 3 × 6 mm neodymium magnets allow the MagPod Mini to attach easily to compatible metal surfaces.

3D-printed enclosure ♻️ Reused Vape Battery

The 3.7V rechargeable battery used in this project was recovered from a disposable vape. In the video linked below, you can see how I recovered, checked, and prepared these batteries for reuse.

Always inspect reused lithium batteries carefully and do not use cells that are swollen, damaged, leaking, punctured, or overheating.
