This tool makes it easier to cut lock wire to 5 inches long. Stick the tag end into the little hole, wrap the lock wire around the cylinder and cut it off with a heavy duty shear. Very simple tool but save time when you're making a lot of twisted wire for your lure build. After you cut it off, grab.

After you cut it off, grab the two tag ends with vise grip and then twist it with a cordless drill with a hook.
