Sobre este modelo

A low profile fume extractor. To be attached to an extractor such as Bambu Smoke Purifier.

The goal of this project was to make something that doesn't get in the way while you're working. So i landed on a design that sits low on your desk and to the side of the work area with the tubing running below your desk.

It has functioning vents which help to stop larger items from being sucked into the extractor.

Printing: There are two profiles. Both are needed. They are split since some parts were printed with 0.6mm nozzle and the rest were printed with 0.4mm nozzle. Please print both profiles.

Assembly:

- Start assembling the vent assembly: a. Place the vent flaps into the vent connector. Start with the middle and outer edges, followed by the rest.

b. attach the outer vent part. This part is a bit fiddly.

- Place the TPU gasket

- Connect the extender

- Place the next TPU gasket

- Install the Vent Assembly (use glue to secure if needed)

- Connect the Elbow piece. It can be flipped so that the extractor sits on the left or right hand side.

- Connect fume extractor tubing

- Place and your desk and place the tray in the groove
