Sobre este modelo
A little Santa. A fresh tissue.
LONG BEARD turns an everyday tissue into Santa’s flowing beard. A rounded red body, oversized drooping hat and curled moustache bring a little Christmas character to your desk, shelf or side table. Pull a tissue from beneath the moustache, then arrange the next sheet into a fresh beard.
The beard is real paper. The Santa is your print.
TWO PRINTED PIECES The four-color Santa body prints as one fixed assembly with an AMS or compatible multi-material system. The removable rear refill cover prints separately in red. No screws, springs or individually glued facial details. Open the back, load unpackaged folded tissues, feed the first sheet through the front opening and refit the cover.
WHAT’S INCLUDED - One editable 3MF project with one plate: multicolor body and red refill cover together. - Five aligned STL color/cover files as an alternative import route. - One merged single-color body STL for printing in one filament and optional painting. - Printing and refill instructions in English and Turkish. - Personal-use and commercial-print license documents.
SIZE & TISSUES Approximately 204 × 110 × 242 mm assembled, at 100% scale. Nominal internal tissue space: 110 × 60 × 110 mm, with rounded corners. Front outlet: approximately 78 × 13 mm. Use unpackaged folded facial tissues that fit comfortably; do not compress the stack tightly. Retail tissue boxes and every brand/size are not guaranteed to fit. Interfolded tissues are needed for successive-sheet feeding; paper thickness and folding affect how well this works.
PRINTING Four suggested body colors: brick red, warm ivory, peach and charcoal. The rear cover uses the same red. Suggested starting settings: PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, 3 walls and 10% gyroid infill. Supports are enabled for the upright body, including internal overhangs. The rear cover lies flat with its locating rim upward, without supports. This is not a support-free body design. The project uses an X1 Carbon 0.4 mm reference profile. Select your actual printer, build plate and filament profiles before slicing. The individual pieces fit within a 250 × 250 × 250 mm build volume; support and purge placement must also fit your selected plate. Keep both pieces at the same scale.
ASSEMBLY & REFILL Remove supports and loose strands through the rear opening. Smooth any roughness around the tissue outlet. Test the cover gently before loading tissues; it has a locating rim and friction-fit features. Do not glue it shut. Start with a small tissue stack, feed one sheet through the outlet, then fit the cover. Pull gently and steady the dispenser when needed.
VERSION NOTE v001. Closed-mesh geometry, dimensions and cover clearance were checked digitally. The one-plate project was successfully sliced in Bambu Studio. Physical print fit and tissue dispensing have not yet been tested. Gallery images show the intended appearance; filament finish and tissue drape will vary.
