Image settings: positive mode (This makes pitch black thick (3mm) and pure white thin (.4mm)) .. rest is default

The image height:width ratio I use is 4.3:1 but guess you can change that if you want a higher tube. Use a gradient to black in the image to make the transition to base and coupling nice.
