Snowman Top Hat – Life-Size, Two-Part, No Supports A classic top hat for a real snowman. The hat body is 180 mm in diameter and 160 mm tall, and the rim is 280 mm across. I haven't tried scaling it down to fit a 256 mm print bed, but I don't think it should be a problem (the glue fit might get a bit tricky).
Features - Two parts that print without any supports - Hat body prints upside down: closed top on the bed, open end up - Rim prints flat, with a collar that holds the hat body - Thin but sturdy walls: 2 mm hat body, 3 mm rim - Snug slide fit (0.2 mm gap) with plenty of glue surface.
Tip: Press the hat slightly into the snow, or pack some snow inside, so the wind won't take it.
