The L-800 “Speedbird” is a Three engine, Mach 1.7 capable SST designed to be simpler and more economical than Concorde, it uses 3 non afterburning engines to save fuel and fly further, it has a length of 175 feet, an MTOW of 285,000 pounds, and costs about $300,000 to purchase, and $24,000 per hour.
